The Sweep: How We Defeated The War Within

Nihilum... Paragon... Method... Echo... These powerhouse World of Warcraft guilds have all had their moments in the history of Race to World First. Many have taken consecutive World Firsts in a row, but one achievement has evaded all of them: the full expansion sweep.

Liquid took World First in a thrilling start to the expansion with Nerub'ar Palace. Then, in an unexpected end to Liberation of Undermine, we took the repeat win. Finally, with Manaforge Omega, we had the chance to do what so many guilds haven't been able to up to this point.

A guild divided by an ocean. A narrow window of hope. Two sub-1% wipes. A heart-racing finish.
