Concord's character design is a mess. I mean, we all know that. But even among all the critiques and redesigns on this site I haven't seen anyone really get at the core of what I think the problem to the design is. In this video I show my thought process to design and some of the important questions and principals one should ask themselves when designing characters specifically for video games.
