Here it is: the single most requested Smiling Critters song, both by you viewers and my own staff! (INUbis was a HUGE cheerleader for the project the whole time and contributed so much to this one, I'm officially marking it as a collaboration.)

The April Fools Joke? IT'S REAL.

As it was initially just a joke I tossed together in a few hours (that became MUCH more popular than I expected), The big challenge with doing a full version of Take A Run was to make it genuinely interesting compositionally despite being a retread of a previous song. I achieved this by reversing every single motif and arrangement possible: Catnap's verses sound like his choruses in Take A Rest, Dogday's choruses sound like his verses in take a rest, and many more tweaks throughout make the swap far more than surface-level. There is, of course, more to this silly little joke than meets the eye plot-wise, too...
