Introducing… Battle Metal: Sabaton & Conqueror’s Blade, a special event for gamers that kicks off today, November 21, and ends on December 5, 2024! It offers Sabaton-inspired activities, weapons and skins that turn our frontman, Joakim Brodén into a Swedish warrior! The Battle Metal: Sabaton & Conqueror’s Blade event is part of the game’s ongoing Lionfire Season, inspired by Swedish warfare, and more notably, king Gustavus Adolphus, who played a pivotal role in the Thirty Years’ War. Gustavus Adolphus was the inspiration behind one of our most popular songs, “The Lion from the North”, and you’ll be treated to a goosebump-inducing orchestral rendition of it when playing the reworked “Sabaton Fortress” siege map.

If you aren’t familiar with Conqueror’s Blade, it’s a free-to-play online multiplayer game where you can step into the role of heroic warlords and lead your troops in epic, historically inspired battles. It’s a game of strategy and tactics.
