So, Invincible Season 2 just wrapped up and I loved it. I think the show is incredible, as a fan of the original comic I love all the changes that it makes to the source material and the ways that its adapting this story.

My favorite thing about the show is that it’s not setting out to replace the original comic. You can watch the show and then read the comic, and while the general story might be the same, the changes that are made allow them to both co-exist. And that’s gotten so many people into the world of independent, creator-owned comics.

And so I want to see more things like it, more indie comics getting adapted into these big animated projects and bring some more eyes onto the stories. So here are some indie comics that I think deserve “the Invincible treatment.”
