I feel really weird about singing a song that’ll be compared to Prince Ali. Prince Ali got much more popular than I ever would have thought. IT HAS OVER 100000 VIEWS. WHICH IM REALLY GRATEFUL FOR -- But at the same time I feel really weird with that video being my most popular, because it's really not the best work I’ve done. I feel just as weird that my character in both these songs will be compared, because they aren’t exactly the same.

In Prince Ali, I was trying to be peppy and light hearted. I think that was mostly because the song wAS SO GOD DAMN HIGH I COULDN’T DO ANYTHING ELSE. This song is more suited to my range, so the superhighsongpeppy thing kinda died along with the original character I portrayed. I tried my hardest to make this song in the same character, in the end it just didn’t really work. While I do think they’re pretty similar, the lacking of my upper register I feel takes away from the character I was aiming for.

That being said, I like this way more than Prince Ali.
