I have to admit, this is one of the most interesting mods yet! Sad that we isn't in the base game. RCBurrito did a wonderful job at this. From looking at the moveset, it also seems like it implements stuff from Android 16! And I love the fact that Orange Piccolo has invulnerability to ki blasts when charging!
