The Monday Night War is about to be reignited in WWE 2K26 as 2K have announced a special Monday Night War edition of WWE 2K26!

The Monday Night War edition of WWE 2K26 follows the announcement of the Attitude Era edition that was announced during Smackdown, with the announcement coming in the form of a trailer during Saturday Night's Main Event.

The cover art for the Monday Night War edition features several stars from WWE and WCW facing off, with these including:

- Stone Cold Steve Austin - The Rock - The Undertaker - Triple H - Kurt Angle - Chyna - Eric Bischof - Booker T - Goldberg - Scott Hall - Kevin Nash - Hollywood Hulk Hogan

The inclusion of Goldberg comes as a surprise, as it was rumoured he would be missing from the series following the expiry of his WWE contract, though it now appears he has signed a nostalgia deal.
