What is the Worst City of Every Pokémon Region?

Cities and towns have a huge influence on our enjoyment of a Pokémon region, yet not all of them are cut from the same cloth. Every region has at least few that are underwhelming at best and today, I want to take a look at exactly those cities and towns. From Kanto to Paldea, not a region is safe as I pick the worst city for every Pokémon region!
