Welcome Princess Light Breeze Episode 2; A Royal Arrival

As promised, I give you episode two which only took around four months to make. Sounds like a lot but when I think about it, that was pretty fast. So I know that this episode is shorter than the first however this episode is more so a transition into new characters, character development, and this is just a short fluff piece of Celestia and Sombra adjusting to being actual parents.
