Todd Meadows, Deadliest Catch Star, Dead at 25 After Accident at Sea

Todd Meadows, a 'Deadliest Catch' rookie, is dead after an accident at sea. He was 25. According to the Coast Guard, Todd fell overboard on Feb. 25. Rescue crews responded within 10 minutes, but Todd died before he could be pulled from the frigid Bering Sea. The incident reportedly happened as the long-running reality series was shooting season 22, but it's unclear whether Todd's death was caught on tape. He's survived by three young sons.
