Music legend Cher brought the laughs (and confusion) while presenting Record of the Year at the 68th Annual GRAMMY Awards on CBS (and Paramount+). She attempted to exit the stage without even announcing the nominees, following an impromptu acceptance speech for what seemed to be a surprise Lifetime Achievement award. Once host Trevor Noah got her back to the mic, Cher announced the late Luther Vandross as the winner, misreading the card for 'Luther,' a song by Kendrick Lamar and SZA that samples the R&B singer, who died in 2005.
