In “The Watchers on the Wall,” the Night’s Watch faces the full force of Mance Rayder’s Wildling army in an all-out assault on Castle Black. Kit Harington (Eternals, Pompeii) leads the charge as Jon Snow, stepping into command after Alliser Thorne falls in battle. The episode delivers unforgettable moments: the massive scythe trap slicing through climbers on the Wall, Grenn and his brothers holding the gate against a giant, and the heartbreaking death of Ygritte (Rose Leslie – The Good Fight, Downton Abbey), who dies in Jon’s arms after being shot by Olly.
